In graph theory, a clique graph of an undirected graph G is another graph K(G) that represents the structure of cliques in G. Clique graphs were discussed at least as early as 1968,[1] and a characterization of clique graphs was given in 1971.[2]Clique

Immunoglobulin G
Immunoglobulin G (IgG) is a type of antibody. Representing approximately 75% of serum antibodies in humans, IgG is the most common type of antibody found in blood circulation.[1] IgG molecules are created and released by plasma B cells. Each IgG has two antigen binding sites.
Immunoglobulin M (IgM) is one of several isotypes of antibody (also known as immunoglobulin) that are produced by vertebrates. IgM is the largest antibody, and it is the first antibody to appear in the response to initial exposure to an antigen.[1][2] In the case of humans and other mammals that have been studied, the spleen, where plasmablasts responsible for antibody production reside, is the major site of specific IgM production.[3][4]

Quantum dots (QDs) are tiny semiconductor particles a few nanometres in size, having optical and electronic properties that differ from larger particles due to quantum mechanics. They are a central topic in nanotechnology.
When the quantum dots are illuminated by UV light, an electron in the
quantum dot can be excited to a state of higher energy. In the case of a
semiconducting quantum dot, this process corresponds to the transition
of an electron from the valence band to the conductance band. The
excited electron can drop back into the valence band releasing its
energy by the emission of light. This light emission (photoluminescence)
is illustrated in the figure on the right. The color of that light
depends on the energy difference between the conductance band and the
valence band.
In 1948, Rauff was moved to Damascus, Syria where he had the position as a technical advisor to the secret police and chief bodyguard of the President. In 1949, the rat-lines arranged his transfer to Ecuador, after which he settled in Chile. In 1962, the West German government requested his extradition, but the Supreme Court of Chile ruled that since his crimes were "essentially political in nature," he could not be extradited. The ruling was upheld in 1973, just before the coup against Allende.
The other major Nazi war criminal who participated in Operation Condor was Klaus Barbie, the "Butcher of Lyon." Barbie was protected by and worked for the Dulles faction of U.S. intelligence in Germany until 1951, when he was smuggled via the Nazi rat-lines to South America, where he played a critical role in Operation Condor.

HARD MONEY is specie, that is, gold and silver coin. During much of the eighteenth century, the Revolution, and the Confederation, many Americans suffered from the inflation of paper money. The Constitution says that "No State shall … make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts" (Article I, Section 10), which put the United States on a hard money basis. Since then, debtor classes and some business groups have repeatedly tried, often with success, to modify the intent of these words.

In quantum mechanics, the spin–statistics theorem relates the intrinsic spin of a particle (angular momentum not due to the orbital motion) to the particle statistics it obeys.
In units of the reduced Planck constant h, all particles that move in 3 dimensions have either integer spin or half-integer spin.

The 22 nanometer (22 nm) node is the process step following the 32 nm in MOSFET (CMOS) semiconductor device fabrication. The typical half-pitch (i.e., half the distance between identical features in an array) for a memory cell using the process is around 22 nm. It was first demonstrated by semiconductor companies for use in RAM memory in 2008. In 2010, Toshiba began shipping 24 nm flash memory chips, and Samsung Electronics began mass-producing 20 nm flash memory chips. The first consumer-level CPU deliveries using a 22 nm process started in April 2012.
The ITRS 2006 Front End Process Update indicates that equivalent physical oxide thickness will not scale below 0.5 nm (about twice the diameter of a silicon atom), which is the expected value at the 22 nm node. This is an indication that CMOS scaling in this area has reached a wall at this point, possibly disturbing Moore's law. 20 nanometer is an intermediate half-node die shrink based on the 22 nanometer process. TSMC began mass production of 20 nm nodes in 2014.[1] The 22 nm process was superseded by commercial 14 nm FinFET technology in 2014.

The "color charge" of quarks and gluons is completely unrelated to the everyday meaning of color. Streptavidin
Streptavidin /ˌstrɛpˈtævɪdɪn/ is a 52.8 (tetramer) kDa protein purified from the bacterium Streptomyces avidinii. Streptavidin homo-tetramers have an extraordinarily high affinity for biotin (also known as vitamin B7 or vitamin H). With a dissociation constant (Kd) on the order of ≈10−14 mol/L,[1] the binding of biotin to streptavidin is one of the strongest non-covalent interactions known in nature. Streptavidin is used extensively in molecular biology and bionanotechnology due to the streptavidin-biotin complex's resistance to organic solvents, denaturants (e.g. guanidinium chloride), detergents (e.g. SDS, Triton), proteolytic enzymes, and extremes of temperature and pH.Contents

In mathematics, and more specifically in polyhedral combinatorics, a Goldberg polyhedron is a convex polyhedron made from hexagons and pentagons. They were first described by Michael Goldberg
(1902–1990) in 1937. They are defined by three properties: each face is
either a pentagon or hexagon, exactly three faces meet at each vertex,
and they have rotational icosahedral symmetry. They are not necessarily mirror-symmetric; e.g. GP(5,3) and GP(3,5) are enantiomorphs of each other. A Goldberg polyhedron is a dual polyhedron of a geodesic sphere.
A geodesic polyhedron is a convex polyhedron made from triangles. They usually have icosahedral symmetry, such that they have 6 triangles at a vertex, except 12 vertices which have 5 triangles. They are the dual of corresponding Goldberg polyhedra with mostly hexagonal faces.
Geodesic polyhedra are a good approximation to a sphere for many purposes, and appear in many different contexts. The most well-known may be the geodesic domes designed by Buckminster Fuller, which geodesic polyhedra are named after. Geodesic grids used in geodesy also have the geometry of geodesic polyhedra. The capsids of some viruses have the shape of geodesic polyhedra,[1][2] and fullerene molecules have the shape of Goldberg polyhedra. Geodesic polyhedra are available as geometric primitives in the Blender 3D modeling software package, which calls them icospheres: they are an alternative to the UV sphere, having a more regular distribution of vertices than the UV sphere.[3][4] The Goldberg–Coxeter construction is an expansion of the concepts underlying geodesic polyhedra.
Knots and Numbers
The Goldberg–Coxeter construction or Goldberg–Coxeter operation (GC construction or GC operation) is a graph operation defined on regular polyhedral graphs with degree 3 or 4.[1][2] It also applies to the dual graph of these graphs, i.e. graphs with triangular or quadrilateral "faces". The GC construction can be thought of as subdividing the faces of a polyhedron with a lattice of triangular, square, or hexagonal polygons, possibly skewed with regards to the original face: it is an extension of concepts introduced by the Goldberg polyhedra and geodesic polyhedra. The GC construction is primarily studied in organic chemistry for its application to fullerenes,[1][2] but it has been applied to nanoparticles,[3] computer-aided design,[4] basket weaving,[5][6] and the general study of graph theory and polyhedra.

is a knot that is not a prime knot. A capsid is the protein shell of a virus, enclosing genetic material. It consists of several oligomeric structural subunits made of protein called protomers. The observable 3-dimensional morphological subunits, which may or may not correspond to individual proteins, are called capsomeres.
Capsids are broadly classified according to their structure. The majority of viruses have capsids with either helical or icosahedral[2][3] structure. Some viruses, such as bacteriophages, have developed more complicated structures due to constraints of elasticity and electrostatics.[4] The icosahedral shape, which has 20 equilateral triangular faces, approximates a sphere, while the helical shape resembles the shape of a spring, taking the space of a cylinder but not being a cylinder itself.[5] The capsid faces may consist of one or more proteins. For example, the foot-and-mouth disease virus capsid has faces consisting of three proteins named VP1–3.
Some viruses are enveloped, meaning that the capsid is coated with a lipid membrane known as the viral envelope. The envelope is acquired by the capsid from an intracellular membrane in the virus' host; examples include the inner nuclear membrane, the Golgi membrane, and the cell's outer membrane.[7]
Once the virus has infected a cell and begins replicating itself, new capsid subunits are synthesized using the protein biosynthesis mechanism of the cell. In some viruses, including those with helical capsids and especially those with RNA genomes, the capsid proteins co-assemble with their genomes. In other viruses, especially more complex viruses with double-stranded DNA genomes, the capsid proteins assemble into empty precursor procapsids that includes a specialized portal structure at one vertex. Through this portal, viral DNA is translocated into the capsid.[8]
Structural analyses of major capsid protein (MCP) architectures have been used to categorise viruses into lineages. For example, the bacteriophage PRD1, the algal virus Paramecium bursaria Chlorella virus (PBCV-1), mimivirus and the mammalian adenovirus have been placed in the same lineage, whereas tailed, double-stranded DNA bacteriophages (Caudovirales) and herpesvirus belong to a second lineage.

"Fat Man" was the codename for the nuclear bomb that was detonated over the Japanese city of Nagasaki by the United States on 9 August 1945. It was the second of the only two nuclear weapons ever used in warfare, the first being Little Boy, and its detonation marked the third nuclear explosion in history. It was built by scientists and engineers at Los Alamos Laboratory using plutonium from the Hanford Site, and it was dropped from the Boeing B-29 Superfortress Bockscar piloted by Major Charles Sweeney.
The name Fat Man refers to the early design of the bomb because it had a wide, round shape; it was also known as the Mark III. Fat Man was an implosion-type nuclear weapon with a solid plutonium core. The first of that type to be detonated was the Gadget in the Trinity nuclear test less than a month earlier on 16 July at the Alamogordo Bombing and Gunnery Range in New Mexico. Two more were detonated during the Operation Crossroads nuclear tests at Bikini Atoll in 1946, and some 120 were produced between 1947 and 1949, when it was superseded by the Mark 4 nuclear bomb. The Fat Man was retired in 1950.

Two challenges to the double effect doctrine: euthanasia and abortion.
The principle of double effect – also known as the rule of double effect; the doctrine of double effect, often abbreviated as DDE or PDE, double-effect reasoning; or simply double effect – is a set of ethical criteria which Christian philosophers, and some others, have advocated for evaluating the permissibility of acting when one's otherwise legitimate act (for example, relieving a terminally ill patient's pain) may also cause an effect one would otherwise be obliged to avoid (sedation and a slightly shortened life). The first known example of double-effect reasoning is Thomas Aquinas' treatment of homicidal self-defense, in his work Summa Theologica.[1]This set of criteria states that an action having foreseen harmful effects practically inseparable from the good effect is justifiable if the following are true:
- the nature of the act is itself good, or at least morally neutral;
- the agent intends the good effect and does not intend the bad effect either as a means to the good or as an end in itself;
- the good effect outweighs the bad effect in circumstances sufficiently grave to justify causing the bad effect and the agent exercises due diligence to minimize the harm.

Entangled polymers are characterized with effective internal scale, commonly known as the length of macromolecule between adjacent entanglements . Entanglements with other polymer chains restrict polymer chain motion to a thin virtual tube passing through the restrictions.
Reptation is the thermal motion of very long linear, entangled macromolecules in polymer melts or concentrated polymer solutions. Derived from the word reptile, reptation suggests the movement of entangled polymer chains as being analogous to snakes slithering through one another.[1] Pierre-Gilles de Gennes
introduced (and named) the concept of reptation into polymer physics in
1971 to explain the dependence of the mobility of a macromolecule on
its length. Reptation is used as a mechanism to explain viscous flow in
an amorphous polymer.[2][3] Sir Sam Edwards and Masao Doi later refined reptation theory.[4][5] Similar phenomena also occur in proteins.[6]
Two closely related concepts are Reptons and Entanglement. A repton is a mobile point residing in the cells of a lattice, connected by bonds.[7][8] Entanglement means the topological restriction of molecular motion by other chains.[9]

Collective
narcissism (or group narcissism) extends the concept of individual
narcissism onto the social level of self. It is a tendency to
exaggerate the positive image and importance of a group the individual
belongs to – i.e. the
ingroup.
While the classic definition of narcissism focuses on the individual,
collective narcissism asserts that one can have a similar excessively
high opinion of a group, and that a group can function as a narcissistic
entity.
Collective narcissism is related to ethnocentrism. However, ethnocentrism primarily focuses on
self-centeredness at an ethnic or cultural level, while collective
narcissism is extended to any type of ingroup, beyond just cultures and
ethnicities.
While ethnocentrism is an assertion of the ingroup's supremacy,
collective narcissism is a self-defensive tendency to invest unfulfilled
self-entitlement into a belief about ingroup's uniqueness and
greatness. Thus, the ingroup is expected to become a vehicle
of actualisation of frustrated self-entitlement.
When applied to a national group, collective narcissism is similar to nationalism: a desire for national supremacy.
Positive overlap between ingroup satisfaction and collective narcissism
suppresses collective narcissistic intergroup hostility.
Throughout the Trans-Allegheny, scattered slaves labored in the
domestic service of well-to-do owners. Other owners in this area
generally held bondsmen in single or small numbers and worked beside
them on farms, in craft occupations, service enterprises, or small
manufacturing operations. In the southwest, below and along the Kanawha
River, slaves labored along with their masters in labor-intensive
tobacco farming. The extensive industrial use of slaves in coal mining and salt manufacturing around Kanawha Valley salt furnaces was atypical.
In 1850, Kanawha saltmakers employed more than 1,500 slaves in all phases of their enterprise. These manufacturers leased more than half of the total number of bondsmen under their control. The leased slaves were usually from eastern Virginia, and some remained most of their lives on the Kanawha. Slaves at the salt furnaces worked as coal miners, teamsters, kettle-tenders, steam engine tenders, salt lifters and wheelers, general laborers, packers, blacksmiths, and cooks. Some slaves were foremen. Several saltmakers also used slaves as farmers to feed their furnace laborers.

Epistemology (/ɪˌpɪstɪˈmɒlədʒi/ (listen); from Greek ἐπιστήμη, epistēmē, meaning 'knowledge', and -logy) is the branch of philosophy concerned with the theory of knowledge.
An Euler diagram (/ˈɔɪlər/, OY-lər) is a diagrammatic means of representing sets
and their relationships. They are particularly useful for explaining
complex hierarchies and overlapping definitions. They are similar to
another set diagramming technique, Venn diagrams.
Unlike Venn diagrams, which show all possible relations between
different sets, the Euler diagram shows only relevant relationships.
The Gettier problem, in the field of epistemology, is a landmark philosophical problem concerning our understanding of descriptive knowledge. Attributed to American philosopher Edmund Gettier, Gettier-type counterexamples (called "Gettier-cases") challenge the long-held justified true belief
(JTB) account of knowledge. The JTB account holds that knowledge is
equivalent to justified true belief; if all three conditions
(justification, truth, and belief) are met of a given claim, then we
have knowledge of that claim. In his 1963 three-page paper titled "Is
Justified True Belief Knowledge?",[1]
Gettier attempts to illustrate by means of two counterexamples that
there are cases where individuals can have a justified, true belief
regarding a claim but still fail to know it because the reasons for the
belief, while justified, turn out to be false. Thus, Gettier claims to
have shown that the JTB account is inadequate; that it does not account
for all of the necessary and sufficient conditions for knowledge.
The term "Gettier problem", "Gettier case", or even the adjective "Gettiered", is sometimes used to describe any case in the field of epistemology that purports to repudiate the JTB account of knowledge.
Responses to Gettier's paper have been numerous; some reject Gettier's examples, while others seek to adjust the JTB account of knowledge and blunt the force of these counterexamples. Gettier problems have even found their way into sociological experiments, where the intuitive responses from people of varying demographics to Gettier cases have been studied

In probability theory, Foster's theorem, named after Gordon Foster,[1] is used to draw conclusions about the positive recurrence of Markov chains with countable state spaces. Chaos theory is the belief, propounded by Henri Poincare,
that seemingly simple events could produce complex and confounding
behaviors. It is a theory that was seen to have great potential for

After the war,
Barbie fled from France back to Germany, where he worked for the British
until April 1947, when he was recruited by the Dulles-controlled
faction of the U.S. Counter Intelligence Corps (CIC). He was described
by Robert S. Taylor, the CIC officer who recruited him, as "an honest
man, both intellectually and personally, absolutely without nerves or
fear. He is strongly anti-Communist and a Nazi idealist, who believes
that he and his beliefs were betrayed by the Nazis in power."
By Jerry Meldon (Originally published on June 6, 2013)
On March 22, 1951, Barbie was smuggled from Germany through Austria to Genoa by the CIC, from which point he was shipped to Argentina and finally to Bolivia. In 1952, and again in 1954, the Military Tribunal of Lyon, France sentenced him to death in absentia. But the Dulles faction of the U.S. intelligence community, which had smuggled him out of Germany, continued to protect him from the French. In 1957 Barbie obtained citizenship in Bolivia, under the alias Klaus Altmann.
In 1964, when Bolivian dictator Víctor Paz Estensoro was replaced in a coup organized by Gen. René Barrientos Ortuno, Barrientos placed Barbie in charge of the Bolivian internal security forces, which planned and carried out counterinsurgency operations.

A New Wave fashion show is to be held in a crowded Manhattan

Jimmy. Jimmy is Margaret's rival and nemesis and also loves cocaine,
constantly hassling Margaret's drug-dealer girlfriend Adrian for drugs
despite not having any money to pay for them.
A small UFO lands on the roof of the penthouse apartment occupied by Margaret and Adrian. Jimmy accompanies Margaret home before the show, but he's actually trying to find Adrian's drugs. Margaret is being watched by a tiny, shapeless alien from inside the UFO. Margaret and Jimmy return to the club to participate in the show. During preparations both agree to a photo shoot the following night on Margaret's rooftop. They are assured that there will be plenty of cocaine available at the shoot.

Looking back, this explains loud noise with neighbors. My former downstairs
neighbor Victor in apartment 3112 has instigated late night noise and
hostility for many years. So has the neighbors in 3211, offering beers, including to former neighbor US Veteran Kevin Herrington, whom the Austin police recovered his deceased body from him drinking himself to death. I also formerly worked for New Hope Health Care Inc. for a downstairs
neighbor, Mary Lucy Reader, whom was evicted due to high traffic in
her apartment. Strippers with amphetamine addictions as well homeless
minorities occupying Mary Reader’s residence were the reason she
was evicted. She died five months after she was evicted. I have not
seen James Chestnut nor Amanda whom contributed to Mary Reader being
evicted and her death five months later. There are others whom engaged in criminal behavior late at night. I did contact the Austin Police. I did contact my employer New Hope Healthcare. I did contact Integral care and had the experts in mental health come out to attempt to intervene on multiple occasions. Mary Reader was not able to
develop healthy boundaries. I tried to help her develop healthy
boundaries and did witness her mentally ill behavior as well her
being exploited by a few neighbors like Victor or Jay from apartment 3143. Jay would
trade medication, pills of Mary and helped traffic people like Amanda
or James into Mary’s residence when she was at the Palms.
Mary Reader insisted I help her get another US Army Veteran housing, her former care taker Johnny Wardell. Well I contacted the VA with Mary insisting that I help her get her homeless US Veteran housing. She insisted I go to the hospital with her too when Johnny Wardell was very ill. Johny recovered and we got him housing but he was bamboozled and died in December 2016, Kevin Herington died in October 2017 and Mary Reader died in March of 2018. I did attempt to retain an attorney as I witnessed failures of property owners as well enforcement of city and state fail my friend and neighbor whom happened to be the daughter of a former Texas Mayor of Smithville Texas. I have also worked for a disabled son of a former Texas Senator and made statements to address ableism issues as well our Texas Workforce Innovation Opportunity deferred Actions and our Texas Disparity reporting and review.

Federal Reserve Act Signed by President Wilson
December 23, 1913
President Woodrow Wilson signed the Federal Reserve Act on December 1913, culminating three years of discussion and debate over the development of a central bank. The Discount Window and Discount Rate
“Gentlemen! I too have been a close observer of the doings of the Bank of the United States. I have had men watching you for a long time, and am convinced that you have used the funds of the bank to speculate in the breadstuffs of the country. When you won, you divided the profits amongst you, and when you lost, you charged it to the bank. You tell me that if I take the deposits from the bank and annul its charter I shall ruin ten thousand families. That may be true, gentlemen, but that is your sin! Should I let you go on, you will ruin fifty thousand families, and that would be my sin! You are a den of vipers and thieves. I have determined to rout you out, and by the Eternal, (bringing his fist down on the table) I will rout you out!”
― Andrew Jackson
The Federal Reserve Act was passed by the 63rd United States Congress and signed into law by President Woodrow Wilson on December 23, 1913. The law created the Federal Reserve System, the central banking system of the United States.
The Panic of 1907 convinced many Americans of the need to establish a central banking system, which the country had lacked since the Bank War of the 1830s. After Democrats won unified control of Congress and the presidency in the 1912 elections, President Wilson, Congressman Carter Glass, and Senator Robert Latham Owen crafted a central banking bill that occupied a middle ground between the Aldrich Plan, which called for private control of the central banking system, and progressives like William Jennings Bryan, who favored government control over the central banking system. Wilson made the bill one of top priorities of his New Freedom domestic agenda, and he helped ensure that it passed both houses of Congress without major amendments.
The Federal Reserve Act created the Federal Reserve System, consisting of twelve regional Federal Reserve Banks jointly responsible for managing the country's money supply, making loans and providing oversight to banks, and serving as a lender of last resort. To lead the Federal Reserve System, the act established the Federal Reserve Board of Governors, members of which are appointed by the president. The 1933 Banking Act amended the Federal Reserve Act to create the Federal Open Market Committee, which oversees the Federal Reserve's open market operations. A later amendment requires the Federal Reserve "to promote effectively the goals of maximum employment, stable prices, and moderate long-term interest rates."

Parents were arrested and put into criminal detention, while their
children were taken away, classified as unaccompanied alien minors, to
be put into child immigrant detention centers.[240][235] Though in June 2018 Trump signed an executive order ostensibly ending the family separation component of his administration's migrant detentions, it continued under alternative justifications into 2019.[241] By the end of 2018 the number of children being held had swelled to a high of nearly 15,000,[242][243] which by August 2019 had been reduced to less than 9,000.[244] In 2019, many experts, including Andrea Pitzer, the author of One Long Night: A Global History of Concentration Camps, have acknowledged the designation of the detention centers as "concentration camps" [245][246] particularly given that the centers, previously cited by Texas officials for more than 150 health violations[247] and reported deaths in custody,[248] reflect a record typical of the history of deliberate substandard healthcare and nutrition in concentration camps.[249] Though some organizations have tried to resist the "concentration camp" label for these facilities,[250][251] hundreds of Holocaust and genocide scholars rejected this resistance via an open letter addressed to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum.[252]Industrial and Organizational Psychology (I/O Psychology)

Narcissistic rage is a psychological construct that describes a reaction to narcissistic injury, which is conceptualized as a perceived threat to a narcissist's self-esteem or self-worth. Narcissistic injury (or narcissistic scar) is a phrase used by Sigmund Freud in the 1920s; narcissistic wound and narcissistic blow are further, almost interchangeable terms.[1] The term narcissistic rage was coined by Heinz Kohut in 1972.

The Cost of Discipleship is a book by the German theologian Dietrich Bonhoeffer, considered a classic of Christian thought. The original German title is simply Nachfolge (literally: "following" or: "the act of following"). It is centered on an exposition of the Sermon on the Mount,
in which Bonhoeffer spells out what he believes it means to follow
Christ. It was first published in 1937, when the rise of the Nazi regime
was underway in Germany and it was against this background that
Bonhoeffer's theology of costly discipleship developed, which ultimately
led to his death.

A hot-cold empathy gap is a cognitive bias in which people underestimate the influences of visceral drives on their own attitudes, preferences, and behaviors.[1]
The most important aspect of this idea is that human understanding is "state-dependent". For example, when one is angry, it is difficult to understand what it is like for one to be calm, and vice versa; when one is blindly in love with someone, it is difficult to understand what it is like for one not to be, (or to imagine the possibility of not being blindly in love in the future). Importantly, an inability to minimize one's gap in empathy can lead to negative outcomes in medical settings (e.g., when a doctor needs to accurately diagnose the physical pain of a patient),[2] and in workplace settings (e.g., when an employer needs to assess the need for an employee's bereavement leave).[3]
Hot-cold empathy gaps can be analyzed according to their direction:[2]

Hot-cold empathy gaps can be analyzed according to their direction:[2]
- Hot-to-cold: People under the influence of visceral factors (hot state) don't fully grasp how much their behavior and preferences are being driven by their current state; they think instead that these short-term goals reflect their general and long-term preferences.
- Cold-to-hot: People in a cold state have difficulty picturing themselves in hot states, minimizing the motivational strength of visceral impulses. This leads to unpreparedness when visceral forces inevitably arise.
- intrapersonal prospective: the inability to effectively predict their own future behavior when in a different state. See also projection bias.[4]
- intrapersonal retrospective: when people recall or try to understand behaviors that happened in a different state. See retrospective hot-cold empathy gaps.
- interpersonal: the attempt to evaluate behaviors or preferences of another person who is in a state different from one's own.

The Interstate Commerce Commission (ICC) was a regulatory agency in the United States created by the Interstate Commerce Act of 1887. The agency's original purpose was to regulate railroads (and later trucking) to ensure fair rates, to eliminate rate discrimination, and to regulate other aspects of common carriers, including interstate bus lines and telephone companies. Congress
expanded ICC authority to regulate other modes of commerce beginning in
1906. Throughout the 20th century several of ICC's authorities were
transferred to other federal agencies. The ICC was abolished in 1995,
and its remaining functions were transferred to the Surface Transportation Board.
The Commission's five members were appointed by the President with the consent of the United States Senate. This was the first independent agency (or so-called Fourth Branch).

Growing international imbalances are widely understood to have led Nixon to end gold convertibility in 1971. This column argues that a key fundamental underlying these imbalances was the rising inflation in the US, in turn created by US macroeconomic policies. President Nixon blamed the rest of the world instead of correcting US monetary and fiscal policies. It also identifies similarities between the imbalances of the 1960s and 1970s and those of today, especially regarding fiscal policies and the use of tariff protection as a strategic tool.

The Balfour Declaration was a public statement issued by the British government in 1917 during the First World War announcing support for the establishment of a "national home for the Jewish people" in Palestine, then an Ottoman region with a small minority Jewish population. The declaration was contained in a letter dated 2 November 1917 from the United Kingdom's Foreign Secretary Arthur Balfour to Lord Rothschild, a leader of the British Jewish community, for transmission to the Zionist Federation of Great Britain and Ireland. The text of the declaration was published in the press on 9 November 1917.

Youth, Peace and Security Act
The community ransom (Hebrew: Kofer HaYishuv; כופר הישוב), or Yishuv ransom was a tax imposed by the Jewish National Council in Mandatory Palestine to finance central security operations and increase the size of the self-defence force known as the Haganah.[1] The principle of the tax was that those who could not make a physical contribution to the Haganah would pay a "ransom" to its treasury. The money was collected through a tax on luxuries, cigarettes, restaurant bills and so on.
The tax was formally introduced on 24 June 1938, during the 1936–39 Arab revolt in Palestine, and abolished on the foundation of the state of Israel in May 1948.

Specie Payment Resumption Act
The Specie Payment Resumption Act of January 14, 1875 was a law in the United States that restored the nation to the gold standard through the redemption of previously-unbacked United States Notes and reversed inflationary government policies promoted directly after the American Civil War. The decision further contracted the nation's money supply and was seen by critics as an exacerbating factor of the so-called Long Depression, which struck in 1873.

Organic field-effect transistor
An organic field-effect transistor (OFET) is a field-effect transistor using an organic semiconductor in its channel. OFETs can be prepared either by vacuum evaporation of small molecules, by solution-casting of polymers
or small molecules, or by mechanical transfer of a peeled
single-crystalline organic layer onto a substrate. These devices have
been developed to realize low-cost, large-area electronic products and biodegradable electronics.
OFETs have been fabricated with various device geometries. The most
commonly used device geometry is bottom gate with top drain and source electrodes, because this geometry is similar to the thin-film silicon transistor (TFT) using thermally grown SiO2 as gate dielectric. Organic polymers, such as poly(methyl-methacrylate) (PMMA), can also be used as dielectric.

Police Reports
Police investigate crimes and arrest people, but they do not charge
people with crimes. Charges are filed by prosecutors – such as a
district attorney’s office – and a court case is only opened when a
person has been formally charged.
Police records thus are not part of the court system, and documents like arrest reports or crime/incident reports kept at police departments are not presumed to be open to the public as court records are.
Thus almost no police investigative records are posted online.

The Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) is a synchronous serial communication interface specification used for short-distance communication, primarily in embedded systems. The interface was developed by Motorola in the mid-1980s and has become a de facto standard. Typical applications include Secure Digital cards and liquid crystal displays. SPI devices communicate in full duplex mode using a master-slave architecture (alternate terminology being main and secondary) with a single master. The master device originates the frame for reading and writing. Multiple slave-devices are supported through selection with individual slave select (SS), sometimes called chip select (CS), lines. Sometimes SPI is called a four-wire serial bus, contrasting with three-, two-, and one-wire serial buses. The SPI may be accurately described as a synchronous serial interface,[1] but it is different from the Synchronous Serial Interface (SSI) protocol, which is also a four-wire synchronous serial communication protocol. The SSI protocol employs differential signaling and provides only a single simplex communication channel. SPI is one master and multi slave communication. The Selfish Dataome

Organ-on-a-chip
An organ-on-a-chip (OOC) is a multi-channel 3-D microfluidic cell culture chip that simulates the activities, mechanics and physiological response of entire organs and organ systems, a type of artificial organ.[1] It constitutes the subject matter of significant biomedical engineering research, more precisely in bio-MEMS. The convergence of labs-on-chips (LOCs) and cell biology has permitted the study of human physiology in an organ-specific context, introducing a novel model of in vitro multicellular human organisms. One day, they will perhaps abolish the need for animals in drug development and toxin testing.

In chemistry, π-effects or π-interactions are a type of non-covalent interaction that involves π systems.
Just like in an electrostatic interaction where a region of negative
charge interacts with a positive charge, the electron-rich π system can
interact with a metal (cationic or neutral), an anion, another molecule
and even another π system. Non-covalent interactions involving π systems
are pivotal to biological events such as protein-ligand recognition.

Color charge
Color charge is a property of quarks and gluons that is related to the particles' strong interactions in the theory of quantum chromodynamics (QCD).The "color charge" of quarks and gluons is completely unrelated to the everyday meaning of color. The term color and the labels red, green, and blue became popular simply because of the loose analogy to the primary colors. Richard Feynman referred to his colleagues as "idiot physicists" for choosing the confusing name.
Idiot physicist colorful characters
In mathematics, the four color theorem, or the four color map theorem, states that, given any separation of a plane into contiguous regions, producing a figure called a map, no more than four colors are required to color the regions of the map so that no two adjacent regions have the same color.
In quantum chromodynamics (QCD), color confinement, often simply called confinement, is the phenomenon that color charged particles (such as quarks and gluons) cannot be isolated, and therefore cannot be directly observed in normal conditions below the Hagedorn temperature of approximately 2 trillion kelvin (corresponding to energies of approximately 130–140 MeV per particle).[1][2] Quarks and gluons must clump together to form hadrons. The two main types of hadron are the mesons (one quark, one antiquark) and the baryons (three quarks). In addition, colorless glueballs
formed only of gluons are also consistent with confinement, though
difficult to identify experimentally. Quarks and gluons cannot be
separated from their parent hadron without producing new hadrons.

Sodium Reactor Experiment
The Sodium Reactor Experiment was a pioneering nuclear power plant built by Atomics International at the Santa Susana Field Laboratory near Simi Valley,
California. The reactor operated from 1957 to 1964. On July 12, 1957
the Sodium Reactor Experiment became the first nuclear reactor in the
United States to produce electrical power for a commercial power grid by
powering the nearby city of Moorpark.[1][2] In July 1959, the reactor experienced a partial meltdown
where 13 of the reactor's 43 fuel elements partially melted, and a
controlled release of radioactive gas into the atmosphere occurred.[3]
The reactor was repaired and restarted in September 1960. In February
1964, the Sodium Reactor Experiment was in operation for the last time.
Removal of the deactivated reactor was completed in 1981.[4]
Technical analyses of the 1959 incident have produced contrasting
conclusions regarding the types and quantities of radioactive materials
released. Members of the neighboring communities have expressed concerns
about the possible impacts on their health and environment from the
incident. In August 2009, 50 years after the occurrence, the Department
of Energy hosted a community workshop to discuss the 1959 incident.
Controversy
Following
the original July 1959 incident, it was next referenced in a 1976
report on nuclear activity in Los Angeles in a little-noticed[23] publication by Another Mother For Peace. The Three Mile Island accident sparked interest by students and faculty member Daniel Hirsch at University of California Los Angeles,
who acquired the extensive collection of documentation and film footage
of the damaged reactor. The documents and film were supplied to local
media, triggering extensive coverage.[24]

In the communication with the Embassy, I mentioned I

exploit the Marshal Island people with Usury. You see, Andrew Korab
came over to use my computer and phone, and I helped him communicate
with relatives in the Marshall Islands and he had to generate a money
transaction and he explained how Chinese bankers exploit the land
owners, who receive some money compensations from the US.
Then I learned more about Project 4.1, Human Radiation Experiments.

violations. It was upsetting to discover human beings used as guinea

Then I discovered that a lawsuit has been filed:
Marshall Islands sues nine nuclear powers over failure to disarm

Originally,
when I contacted the Embassy for the Marshall Islands, I contacted them
to address Usury from Chinese bankers and to inquire how to tie that
into the Texas Disparity study. As a researcher, I have found that
Stronium 90 behaves like Calcium and that Cesium 137 behaves much like
Potassium. I am considering Neutron capture and reclamation by plant and
aquatic species operated by an onsite robotic furnace factory. The
nuclear reclamation field would utilize ideal species of plants to
capture the Cesium 137 and Stronium for the done bots to harvest for

properly. My project narrative I am developing needs to define each work
task by the robots and give a time estimate to give a project end date
as well expectations of how much radioactive material may be recaptured
per generation of the test subject species.
It is reasonable to propose business solutions as well consider how to gracefully suggest urgency:

As a business vision, I foresee drone robots operating a
reclamation aquatic and agricultural nuclear reclamation field. As a
human, I am repulsed at the lapse of ethical foresight from hearing of

ideal agricultural and aquatic species to harvest as part of a nuclear

unjust and unethical treatment of the Marshall Island people into ideal
workable solutions that may reclaim the islands for human habitation.
